May 18th

This week was super wet. lol it poured and poured and poured rain and then it poured some more. we were soaked through! lol. we had a great week contacting and finding more people to teach.
We had a miracle lesson with a woman named catalina. We were walking down the street and i saw this house. I knew that we had knocked this door before and that the people werent interested or something like that, but i just felt like we needed to knock. the front of the house was weird and had 2 doors so we were debating which one to knock and the lady opened the door and said ¨hermanas! pasen!!¨and it was like what?? turns out her daughter took the mission lessons one time and she has a book of mormon and she has been reading it with her grandkids!
We taught her the restoration and how she could know it was true, she asked what she should do if she knows its true. so we talked about baptism and she said that she wanted that, and we talked about how she needed to prepare we talked about some of the commandments and she told us that she´s not married to her husband they´ve been together for almost 30 yrs but that his mom left when he was young so he doesnt like marriage. SO we put a baptismal date with her and we are planning to go back and talk with the two of them! we are praying that his heart can be changed!

Fabiana is great and she went to a YSA activity this last week and loved it and know has more friends in the church we are going to talk with her tonight :) Eros told us that a couple of weeks ago he broke the word of wisdom and drank some beer with his friends but that it made him feel awful and that he felt so much guilt about it that he didnt think he could pray to god and ask for forgiveness. We talked about repentance and he read part of the pamphlet that talks about how repentance lets us start new and that our desires to follow god are strengthened when we change, and he started crying!!! it was so beautiful to teach him about the atonement and the blessing it is in our life!
We also had the blessing of seeing the dedicacion of the temple of cordoba! it was so beautiful and lovely. Elder Uchtdorf did the prayer. what a blessing to have 2 temples here in argentina! the next one will be here in the patagonia!! ;) hahaha at least thats what we work for here in the mission :)
What a blessing to be here serving these people! i couldn´t imagine my life without them! my love goes home to all of you! keep on keeping on!!!
Besitos y abrazos
